Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging, with all included manuals, accessories, and parts.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Please contact our customer care team at aiorasmaert36@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without an RMA number.

  3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a defective or damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Contact us at aiorasmaert36@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
