Aiorasmart Limited Warranty

Aiorasmart, a brand of Blarka LLC, stands behind the quality of its products. We are pleased to offer a Limited Warranty on all our smart home tools.
1. Limited Warranty Coverage This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Aiorasmart will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
2. Warranty Period The Warranty Period for smart home tools purchased from Aiorasmart is [One (1) Year] from the date of purchase. A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.
3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or abuse.

Damage resulting from accidents, natural disasters, or power surges.

Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.

Installation, maintenance, or use not in accordance with the product's instruction manual.

Products with altered, defaced, or removed serial numbers.

Theft or loss of the product.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at aiorasmaert36@gmail.com
to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
You will need to provide:

A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

A detailed description of the issue.

Photos or videos of the defect, if applicable.
5. Our Obligation Aiorasmart will, at its sole discretion, either (a) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or (b) replace the product with a new or refurbished product.
